A Russell County grand jury indicted 13 individuals this week.
Those indicted include the following:
Larin Stotts, age 42; Shantale Kimbler, age 28; Darrell Hollis, age 25; Scottie Caldwell, age 58; and Virginia New, age 40, all of Russell Springs, charged with engaging in organized crime, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stotts and Kimbler face an additional charge of tampering with physical evidence, and Stotts was charged with persistent felony offender first degree.
Joe C. Deason, age 32, of Russell Springs, and Max R. Cave, age 33, of Columbia, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
David Ross, age 35, of Russell Springs, charged with assault second degree and persistent felony offender first degree.
Jonathan Dickson, age 30, of Campbellsville, charged with fleeing or evading police first degree, wanton endangerment first degree, tampering with physical evidence, criminal mischief first degree, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended license, and persistent felony offender first degree.
Shaun T. Mahoney, age 31, of Shepherdsville, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of anabolic steroids, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, reckless driving and no insurance.
Christopher D. Cape, age 41, of Russell Springs, charged with bail jumping first degree and persistent felony offender first degree.
Timothy Richards, age 48, of Campbellsville, charged with bail jumping first degree.
Howard Ryals, age 55, of Columbia, charged with two counts of bail jumping first degree and persistent felony offender first degree.
