Russell Springs City Hall to close temporarily today for funeral of former city council member

Russell Springs City Hall will close temporarily today for the funeral of former city council member David C. Blakey.

City Hall will be closed from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today to allow employees to attend the funeral service.

Blakey served on the Russell Springs City Council for 16 years.
