Governor Andy Beshear reported yesterday that an Adair County woman is the 16th death in the state in connection to Winter Storm Fern.
According to the Governor’s Office, the woman was 75-years-old.
The Adair County Coroner’s Office said the woman was found early Saturday morning. She was reportedly found outside her residence in the northern part of Adair County.
The woman was sent for an autopsy at the state medical examiner’s office to determine cause of death.
The name of the victim has not yet been released.
