Changes could be coming to vehicle registration and titles

The Kentucky Legislature is considering a bill that would bring notable changes to the state’s vehicle registration and titling system.

Keith West files this report from Frankfort on Senate Bill 110 with some of the changes being considered.

Senator Jason Howell from western Kentucky spoke about the bill on the Senate floor.

The bill passed through the Kentucky Senate by a 33-1 vote. Senator Rick Girdler, who represents Russell County, was one of six senators that did not vote on the bill.
