23 people were indicted by a Russell County grand jury this week. Those indicted included the following individuals.
Bryson McFall, age 33 of Jamestown, charged with receiving stolen property valued $1,000 or more, improper registration plate, and persistent felony offender first degree.
Fylliph D. Benjamin, age 44, of Lebanon, charged with trafficking in cocaine, tampering with physical evidence, public intoxication, and persistent felony offender first degree.
Eilyse Wells, age 25, and Anthony Wells, age 44, both of Russell Springs, charged with burglary third degree and theft by unlawful taking – shoplifting.
Jonathan Davis, age 43 of Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of oxycodone, possession of morphine, possession of a controlled substance third degree, operating on a suspended or revoked license, and persistent felony offender first degree.
Terrill Johnson, age 57 of Russell Springs, charged with tampering with physical evidence, prescription controlled substance not in the proper container, driving on a DUI-suspended license, possession of marijuana, no motorcycle license, no registration receipt, no insurance, no registration plate, and persistent felony offender first degree.
Aubrey M. Broadwell. age 28 of Paris, charged with theft of an automobile valued $10,000 or more and persistent felony offender second degree.
Brian Foley, age 49, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance third degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, prescription controlled substance not in the proper container, and reckless driving.
Jason F. Norris, age 43 of Lexington, charged with driving under the influence, fleeing or evading police first degree, two counts of wanton endangerment first degree, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding 26 mph over the limit, and persistent felony offender first degree.
Joshua L. Ware, age 35, of Russell Springs, charged with driving under the influence second offense, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no operators license, operating on a suspended or revoked license, rear license plate not illuminated, and failure to produce insurance card.
Justin Bass, age 26 of Lexington, charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of methamphetamine – third offense, operating on a suspended or revoked license, no insurance, and being a persistent felony offender.
Christopher L. Stephens, age 43, of Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and persistent felony offender first degree.
Dillon M. Bozell, age 32, charged with possession of methamphetamine – third offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree – third offense, possession of a controlled substance – third degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Denise M. Frates, age 63, of Liberty, charged with possession of methamphetamine. – second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and careless driving.
Tonya E. McBeath, age 49, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, prescription controlled substance not in the proper container, illegal possession of a legend drug, and rear license plate not illuminated.
Edward D. Douglas, age 55, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine – second offense, no insurance, and operating on an expired license,
Kelvin Wilson, age 52, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Matthew O. Richards, age 41, of Campbellsville, charged with failure to comply with sex offender registry.
Savannah Wilson, age 24, of Russell Springs, charged with criminal abuse – first degree with the victim being a 3-year-old child. Wilson is also charged with abandonment of a minor and resisting arrest.
Christopher D. Brown, age 44, of Bardstown, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no registration receipt or plate, no seatbelt, no insurance, obstructed windshield, and inadequate silence or muffler.
Chistopher Richardson, age 31, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to wear seat belt, and persistent felony offender.
Denishia M. Brown, age 34, and Craig A. Irvin, age 37, both of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
