A Somerset man was taken into custody yesterday at the Russell County Detention Center.
20-year-old Shea Burton was charged with unlawful transaction with a minor – second degree.
According to Kentucky law, a person is charged with unlawful transaction with a minor – second degree if they knowingly induce, assist, or cause a minor to engage in illegal controlled substances activity involving marijuana, illegal gambling activity, or any other criminal activity constituting a felony.
Burton was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 11:45 yesterday morning.
