A Russell Springs woman was arrested by Kentucky Fish and Wildlife over the weekend.
32-year-old Anna Foley was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree – hydrocodone, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of a legend drug.
Foley was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 11 o’clock Sunday morning.
