A Columbia man was arrested on drug charges by Russell Springs Police late last night.
55-year-old Howard Ryals was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked license, and other charges.
Ryals was arrested by Russell Springs Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 10:15 last night.
