Kentucky State Police arrested a Monticello man locally on numerous charges Friday evening.
25-year-old William Shoemaker was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment of a police officer, wanton endangerment first degree, reckless driving, fleeing or evading police first degree, and multiple other charges.
Shoemaker was arrested by Trooper Sharp with Kentucky State Police. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at about 5:30 Friday afternoon.
