Two Russell County residents were indicted by a Taylor County grand jury this week.
The grand jury indicted 60-year-old Tommy D. Baker of Russell Springs on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also indicted was 27-year-old David Tyler Weiand of Russell Springs. Weiand was indicted on charges of tampering with physical evidence and being a persistent felony offender.
WJRS News reminds our listeners an indictment is a legal accusation. It does not imply guilt or innocence.
