Russell Springs woman arrested following trespassing call

A Russell Springs woman was arrested Saturday afternoon after a call came into dispatch of a woman trespassing at a property on Melissa Drive off Old Sano Road.

The Russell County Sheriff’s Office said 51-year-old Brenda Martin of Russell Springs was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and public intoxication of a controlled substance.

Martin was arrested by Deputy Bill Greer and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
