Liberty man flown out following single-vehicle wreck in Adair County

A Liberty man was flown out following a single-vehicle wreck in Adair County Monday morning.

Reports are 34-year-old Brandon Poff of Liberty was operating a a 2008 Honda CRV traveling east on Liberty Road at around 9 a.m. Monday when a tire blew out, causing Poff to lose control, and the vehicle to overturn.

Poff was ejected from vehicle and was flown to UK Hospital for his injuries.

A male juvenile passenger was taken to hospital by private vehicle for treatment of his injuries.

The accident is being investigated by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office.
