Lakers play Adair in 2A matchup tonight, changes made for upcoming Monroe game

The Russell County Laker Basketball team will go on the road to LaRue County tonight to take on Adair County in a 2A tournament matchup.

Tip-off for tonight’s matchup is scheduled for 6:30 CT.

The winner of tonight’s game will play in the championship on Saturday against either LaRue County or Lincoln County.

Tomorrow’s district matchup against Monroe County will be only a girls matchup. JV will get underway at 6 and varsity at 7:30 at Laker Gym.

The boys matchup between Russell County and Monroe County is scheduled for Saturday, but is subject to be rescheduled if the Lakers win tonight.
