Two Russell Springs residents were involved in a wreck in Adair County late last week.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office said 58-year-old Virginia Tucker was traveling on Sawmill Road, failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a vehicle traveling on Hwy 80 operated by 39-year-old Amanda Dick.
Tucker was transported to the TJ Health Columbia emergency room by Adair EMS and later flown to a Tennessee Hospital.
