The Russell County Sheriff’s Office responded to nearly 400 calls for service last month.
In November, the sheriff’s office made 56 arrests, responded to 5 domestic calls, performed nearly 30 traffic stops, and worked more than 25 traffic collisions.
The sheriff’s office also responded to 17 alarm calls, 11 animal complaints, and performed 13 welfare checks.
Sheriff’s deputies performed 3 mental health transports, served 37 court papers, and provided 54 vehicle inspections.
The sheriff’s office collected more than $1.77 million in property taxes during the month of November.
