Russell County remains #1 statewide in Imagination Library enrollment

Russell County remains at the top statewide for the percentage of children enrolled in the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Program.

Library Director Lindsey Westerfield said the library is excited about the success of the program locally.

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library provides free books mailed to children under the age of 5.
