The City of Jamestown has announced the winners of its annual Christmas by Grace decorating contest.
The business winner was Southern Nest Realty.
1st place was Jennifer Boston, 2nd place was Johnny and Nikki Weiand, and 3rd place was Kevin Taylor.
The contest is held each year in memory of Grace Foley Hall.
