The trial of a Jamestown man accused of arson continues today.
The trial of 65-year-old Nathan McClure of Jamestown on charges of arson and criminal mischief got underway yesterday in Russell Circuit Court and continues today.
McClure was indicted in July 2022 on charges of arson third degree and criminal mischief first degree after he allegedly set a fire near a building in the Eli community two months prior.
Both charges against McClure are Class D felonies.
