Two write-in candidates will seek a seat on the Jamestown City Council in this year’s general election.
One of the write-in candidates is Teresa Gail Robertson. She is currently serving on the Jamestown City Council, as she was appointed to fill the remainder of the term for her late husband, Terry Robertson.
The other write-in candidate seeking a seat on the city council is Duchie Clay.
Voters in the Jamestown City Limits will have the opportunity to write in one of these two candidates if they choose.
The five candidates whose names will appear on the ballot for voters inside the city are incumbents Barry Coffey, Mitchell Marcum, William Murray, Dwight Richards, and Tony Wright.
