Russell County High School Senior Emmy Pratt was recently named the 2025 Russell County Distinguished Young Woman.
Her performance, both on and off the stage consisting of scholastics, interview, talent, self-expression, and fitness, earned her the title of Russell County’s Distinguished Young Woman in the competition at Western Kentucky University’s Gordon Wilson Hall.
The Distinguished Young Women program is a national scholarship program that recognizes young women for their talent, leadership, and scholastic achievements. The state competition will be held in January in Lexington at the Singletary Center for the Arts.
