Two arrests were made by local law enforcement yesterday.
According to reports, 27-year-old Jordan Grant of Columbia was arrested yesterday afternoon at around 4 p.m. by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office yesterday and charged with possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication of a controlled substance, and disorderly conduct second degree.
Also arrested yesterday was 35-year-old Nicholas Kouba of Lexington. Kouba was arrested by the Russell Springs Police Department yesterday at about 1 p.m. and charged with theft of an automobile valued at more than $10,000.
Both men were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
