As the Russell County Fair wrapped up over the weekend, we have results from several events at the fair.
In Friday’s KTPA Truck and Tractor Pulls, Kent Anderson of Russell Springs finished third in the 6,000 LLSS class, Greg Davis of Russell Springs finished 5th in the Super Modified 2WD class, and Jacob Campbell of Russell Springs finished 7th in the Diesel Class.
In the horse shoe pitching contest on Saturday, the team of Brad Rexroat and Larry Warren took first place, while Tony McFarland won the 30 foot singles competition and Tyler Howard won the 40 foot.
In the Pony Mule Pull, Todd Arms won first place in the lightweight and Jordan Arms won first place in the Heavyweight.
In the Championship Draft Horse Pull, Rodney Burton won the heavyweight class and Jason Abrell won the lightweight class.
In the karaoke contest, Karlie Skaggs won first place in the 17 and under division, Sarah Stephens won the 18-35 division, and Cassandra Hughes won the 36+ division.
