Latest LCDHD Restaurant and Retail Inspections

The following is the latest retail and restaurant inspections report from the Lake Cumberland District Health Department.

Giovanni’s – 100 percent – OK to open

Kroger – 100 percent

Lake Country Outdoors Express – 96 percent- men’s restroom urinal in poor repair, men’s restroom floor drain not covered, ice buildup inside walk-in freezer and meat slicer handle in poor repair.

Laker One Stop – 100 percent

Fivestar – 100 percent

Stop & Save #3 on Maple Street – 100 percent

Dollar General on East Steve Wariner Drive – 100 percent

Valero on West Steve Wariner Drive – 98 percent – inside top of freezer in poor repair

An establishment may pass inspection by having a score between 85 and 100 but critical violations must be corrected within 10 days. Otherwise, violations are expected to be corrected by the next inspection.
