The Russell County Laker and Lady Laker Basketball teams picked up a pair of wins on the road last night.
The Lakers traveled to Danville High School to take on the Admirals, picking up a 53-44 victory.
The win pushes the Lakers above .500 on the season, now holding a 12-11 record.
The Lady Lakers went on the road as well, traveling to Green County where the Lady Lakers picked up a 50-41 victory.
With the win, the Lady Lakers now sit at 15-8 on the season.
Russell County will be on the road tonight for the final district games of the regular season as they travel to Clinton County.
The girls game will get underway at 6 with boys to follow.
