City of Albany lifting emergency declaration as water issues much improved

The City of Albany is lifting its emergency declaration regarding its recent water issue.

The city declared a state of emergency back on January 19 after widespread leaks and other issues caused water outages for most Clinton County residents.

According to city officials in Albany, the water issues have been stabilized and officials say they are continuing to make progress on improving the situation.
