Charles (Chuck) W. Sullivan, 73, of Columbia, passed away Wednesday, January 31st, at TJ Health Columbia.
Charles (Chuck) was born in Jamestown, KY on February 24, 1950, a son of the late Emma (York) and Johnny Sullivan.
He was a retired electrical maintenance worker.
Charles (Chuck) is survived by.
Wife, Judy (George) Sullivan, of Columbai, KY.
One Daughter, Wendy (Wendell) Walls, of Russell Springs, KY.
Two Sons Aron Sullivan Houdini, of Land O Lake, WI; Brandon (Alisha) Sullivan, of Russell Springs, KY.
One Stepdaughter, Bridgette (Todd) Smith, of Columbia, KY.
Two Sisters, Ruth Sullivan, of Jamestown, KY; Brenda (Graydon) Marlin, of Worth, IL.
Four Brothers, Hubert Sullivan, Wally (Dorothy) Sullivan, and Marvin Sullivan, all of Jamestown, KY; Terry Sullivan, of Columbia, KY;
He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 step granddaughters, 7 great grandchildren as well as other family and friends,
He is preceded in death by his parents, baby sister Joyce E. Sullivan, and a brother Russell Sullivan.
Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM on Sunday, February 4th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.
Friends may visit 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday, February 4th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.
Burial in the Haven Hill Cemetery, KY.
