Lakers, Lady Lakers on the road for district doubleheader at Monroe tonight

The Russell County Laker and Lady Laker Basketball teams will go on the road tonight for a district doubleheader at Monroe County.

The Lady Lakers will take on the Lady Falcons beginning at 6 tonight, with the Lakers playing in the nightcap.

The Lady Lakers are 1-1 in district play, while the Lady Falcons enter at 1-2.

The Lakers are 2-0 in district competition, while the Falcons enter at 1-2 in district play.

We’ll have coverage from Monroe County High School right here on Laker Country 104.9 with pregame beginning 15 minutes prior to tip-off between the Lady Lakers and Lady Falcons.
