The Lady Lakers came away with a big win in their second game of the Vanous Lloyd Christmas Tournament at Warren Central yesterday, defeating Caverna by 67 points with a final score of 79-12.
Addison Hart led the Lady Lakers with 18 points, followed by Addy Abrell with 14, and Aniyah Coffey with 10.
Rachel Bolin led the Lady Lakers with 9 rebounds.
The Lakers came out on top in their second round matchup of the Monticello Bank Classic, defeating Pulaski County 55-51.
The Lady Lakers are back in action today taking on McLean County in the White Bracket championship of the tournament. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m.
The Lakers will play in the championship game of the Monticello Bank Classic against Western Hill High School from Cincinnati. Tip-off at Wayne County High School is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. CT.
