The Russell County Board of Education will meet in special session today.
The school board is set to hear from the principals about the results from the state assessments as well as take up action items on construction projects around the district like the athletic complex, the old area technology center, and the science lab renovations.
The board will meet at 10:30 this morning in Room 114 of the Russell County ANC.
