The Meet the Lakers event will take place at the high school tonight.
There will be a soup fundraiser beginning at 5 p.m. with the event starting at 6:15.
There will be introductions for the Laker and Lady Laker Basketball teams, as well as the Russell County cheerleaders and winter sports teams.
There will also be a three-point shootout and team scrimmages.
The Lady Lakers get their season underway on Tuesday, November 28 at home against Somerset.
The Lakers open their season on the 28th as well with a trip to Greenwood High School.
