The 16th District Volleyball tournament gets underway Sunday afternoon at Russell County High School.
Sunday’s action includes the 4-seed Metcalfe County taking on the 5-seed Cumberland County with the winner advancing to play the top-seeded Lady Lakers Monday evening at 5 p.m.
The nightcap on Monday will include the 2-seed Clinton County taking on the 3-seed Monroe County.
The winners of Monday’s semifinal games will face off on Tuesday in the district championship.
