A Springfield man was arrested on drug charges by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office over the weekend.
According to reports, 43-year-old Mike Evans was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication of a controlled substance.
Evans was arrested just after midnight Saturday and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
