A business could be occupying a portion of the old Kmart building in the Northridge Shopping Center.
Russell Springs city officials say nothing is definite as of now, so no specific details are available but the business could reportedly occupy about 20 percent of the building and the business could occupy that portion by the spring if all goes as planned.
In other news from last night’s meeting, Mayor Eddie Thomas apologized for the delay in city water bills going out. The mayor said the bills were sent out on time, but there was a delay in getting them to customers. Anyone with questions about their bill can contact Russell Springs City Hall.
