Excused in-person voting set to begin at clerk’s office this week

Excused in-person voting for the November general election is set to get underway tomorrow.

WJRS News recently sat down with County Clerk Patti Glover to talk about this election season. Glover told voters what they need to know about utilizing the excused in-person voting.

Eligible excuses include but are not limited to: members of the armed forces, those who have upcoming surgeries, students residing outside the county, and others.

Those who have questions should contact the Russell County Clerk’s Office at 270-343-2125.

Stay tuned to WJRS News in the coming days for more from our conversation with County Clerk Patti Glover.
