A Russell Springs man was arrested on an assault charge Friday night.
According to jail records, 18-year-old Jose Lucas was arrested on charges of assault first degree and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Lucas was arrested by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 9 Friday night.
