A Russell Springs man was arrested in Adair County over the weekend.
According to reports, 33-year-old Justin M. Emerson was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with possession of methamphetamine third or more offense, public intoxication of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing or evading police, operating on a suspended license, and other charges.
Emerson was arrested by Trooper Ricky Cross with Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail Saturday at around 4:30 p.m.
