The Russell County Middle School Lady Laker Basketball teams were in action last night, hosting Metcalfe County.
The Lady Lakers swept Metcalfe County with 8th grade winning 40-24, 7th grade winning 18-8 and 6th grade winning 16-13.
On the football field, the Lakers hosted Adair County with the Lakers falling 20-6.
