The Russell County Fiscal Court will hold a special-called meeting this morning.
The agenda includes a Kentucky Office of Homeland Security grant and a memorandum of agreement for the Jamestown School Resource Officer, among other items.
The court will meet at 9 a.m. in the courtroom of the old Russell County Courthouse.
