The Laker Golf team picked up a win over district rival Cumberland County yesterday.
The Lakers shot a 159 on the day while Cumberland County shot a 168.
Daylon Blevins led Russell County with a 39, while Noah McMillin, Kole Rixon, and Nate Aaron each shot a 40.
Gabe Browning shot a 42 and Josiah Dudgeon shot a 45.
The team competed at the Battle at the Bridge last week
Noah McMillin led Russell County with a score of 78 on the day, followed by Daylon Blevins with an 80.
Nate Aaron added an 84 on the day and Kole Rixon shot a 90.
Gabe Browning rounded out the Lakers with a 94.
