The Russell County Fiscal Court is expected to discuss the county’s tax rate at tonight’s regular meeting.
The court is also expected to open bids for the upcoming construction project on the courthouse steps and discuss the Rocket Docket program.
The program was nearly disbanded last year, as the court voted 3-2 in order to renew it.
The court will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday in the courtroom of the old Russell County Courthouse.
