Pulaski Circuit Clerk facing possible removal from office

The Pulaski County Circuit Clerk is facing possible removal from office.

Circuit Clerk J.S. Flynn was placed on paid administrative leave last year and has been subject to a hearing by the Kentucky Supreme Court after complaints were received from employees and others about inappropriate sexual conduct and yelling at employees.

Former Madison Circuit Judge Jean Chenault Logue is the hearing officer on the case.

The Kentucky Attorney General’s Office is presenting the case against Flynn, which could result in his removal from office. He is not facing any criminal charges.
