Charles Edward Maynard, 22, of Jamestown, passed away Wednesday, April 5th, at his home.

Charles was born in Somerset, KY on November 5, 2000, a son of Vickie Lee Maynard, of Jamestown, KY .

Charles is survived by

his parents Eddie Grider and Vickie Maynard both of Jamestown, KY

a half-brother, Lee Maynard, of Liberty, KY.

He is also survived by aunts, cousins, and friends.

Charles is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charlie and Mary Maynard, Earl and Katherine Grider, and Polly Harden.

Friends can visit from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Friday, April 14th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY.

Burial is private.
