A benefit ride is coming up next week for Will Harris.
Harris is a truck driver for Superior Battery.
Harris recently had a medical issue where he developed an infection in his chest and was admitted to the hospital for two emergency surgeries.
While he recovers from these surgeries, he is unable to work and his family has organized a benefit convoy/ride.
The ride will be Saturday, April 29 with lineup beginning at 9 a.m. and starting at noon at the Russell County Fairgrounds. Trucks, tractors, motorcycles, and classic cars are welcome. Donations are requested per vehicle.
A donation account has been set up at First National Bank in Russell Springs. Anyone can anonymously donate to it by designating donations to the Harris Donation account. Those can be called in, mailed in, or done electronically.
