A church in neighboring Somerset sustained significant damage from a fire Thursday afternoon.
Cornerstone Baptist Church off Clifty Street in Somerset caught fire Thursday afternoon at around 2:45 p.m. ET.
The first floor of the church, including the sanctuary, were heavily damaged by the blaze according to the Commonwealth Journal in Somerset.
The church also served as a location for feeding ministries in the area.
