Restaurant and Retail Inspections Report

The following is the latest retail and restaurant inspections report from the Lake Cumberland District Health Department. These inspections took place on March 1st.

Russell County Hospital: Food 100%

Walgreens: Retail 100%

Arby’s Restaurant: Food 97%, walk-in freezer threshold in poor repair, tile baseboard broken/missing throughout food service area, men’s restroom wall in poor repair, and wall in poor repair below kitchen handsink.

Stop & Save #3: Food 96%, Retail 100%, floor mats stored on dishwash sink, drain board at dishwash sink in poor repair, buckets stored on dishwash sink drain board, chlorine test strips needed to test concentration of sanitize solution, handwash signs required at all handwash sinks, self-service counter unclean, and wiping cloths not stored in sanitizing solution.

An establishment may pass inspection by having a score between 85 and 100 but critical violations must be corrected within 10 days. Otherwise, violations are expected to be corrected by the next inspection.
