The Russell County Middle School Soccer teams started their respective seasons with victories over Somerset Christian on Tuesday.
The girls picked up an 8-0 win.
Addison Coffey scored 4 goals and Madison Bennett and Bella Blakey each chipped in two goals for the win.
The boys came away with a 6-0 win.
The soccer teams are back in action Thursday on the road at Casey County at 5 p.m.
