A Russell Springs man was arrested earlier this week in neighboring Adair County on a complaint warrant for burglary and other charges, according to jail records.
James Todd Becker, 39, was arrested on Monday by the by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Burglary 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief 3rd degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking over $1,000 but less than $10,000. The warrant stated that Becker had allegedly broken into a residence on Sano Mt. Olive Church Rd. in Russell Springs in May of last year and stolen several items.
Becker was initially lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail before being transferred to the Russell County Detention Center on Tuesday afternoon.
