The Russell County Lady Laker Softball team will get its season underway today on the road at Taylor County.
The Lady Lakers and Lady Cardinals are slated to take the field at 5 p.m. CT.
The Lady Lakers will host Wayne County in the home opener tomorrow.
We will broadcast that game live on Laker Country 104.9.
