Kentucky State Police Post 15 Troopers Lucas Justice and AJ Mattingly recently received Governor’s Awards focused on highway safety.
Justice received the Governor’s Award for Occupant Protection Enforcement for his enforcement efforts directed towards seatbelt and child restraint violations.
Mattingly received the Governor’s Award for Impaired Driver Enforcement for his enforcement efforts directed towards arresting impaired drivers.
