Former Russell Springs City Councilman Tommy Holt has a new job with the City of Russell Springs.
Holt has taken over as the city’s code enforcement officer and zoning administrator.
Holt served as a council member on the Russell Springs City Council for multiple terms before announcing his resignation last week.
